This Subscriber Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you and LIZARD NEXT B.V., trading as “NEXT” (“NEXT”, “we”, “us”). It governs your use of the NEXT streaming and satellite television services, the NEXT website, apps and decoders, and any related features (together, the “Service”). Please read it carefully. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NEXT provides premium television for the home over the internet (NEXT Streaming) and, where available, by satellite (NEXT Satellite), on your decoder, phone, tablet, computer and smart TV. The Service is intended for personal, private, non-commercial use within your household.
The channels, programs and features available depend on your plan, your territory, and the rights available to us, and they may change, be added, or be withdrawn over time. NEXT Satellite is being introduced progressively and may not yet be available in all areas; where it is not yet available, only NEXT Streaming is offered.
You must be at least the age of majority in your territory to open an account and subscribe. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly at support@nextfortv.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization. Your account is for you and your household and may not be transferred.
NEXT offers two base plans — Start NEXT (a curated core of channels) and All NEXT (the complete line-up). With Start NEXT you may add optional channel packs (for example, +10 or +20 channels). You may also add additional simultaneous screens; your first screen is included and each additional screen is charged as shown at sign-up, up to the maximum offered. The number of devices that can stream at the same time is limited by the screens on your plan. Plans, packs, channels and features may change over time.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You are billed in the currency for your territory — US dollars, or euros for customers in the French territories — and prices are shown before you complete checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on each renewal date for your plan, any add-ons and any additional screens, plus applicable taxes. You agree to keep your payment details valid and current. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend or terminate the Service until payment is received.
We may change our prices, plans, add-ons and features. If a change affects your subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice. The new price applies from your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not wish to accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. The specific terms — including duration and what happens when the trial or promotion ends — will be described when you sign up. Unless you cancel before the end of a trial or promotional period, your subscription will continue at the standard price and be billed to your payment method.
You may cancel at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or for periods you did not use.
If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you normally have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content and access begins immediately, by starting to use the Service you expressly request that it begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has started. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.
All content on the Service is licensed, not sold, and is made available for your personal, private, non-commercial use within your household. Channels and programs depend on agreements with third-party broadcasters and rights holders and may change, be added, or be withdrawn at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, program or event will be available at any given time, and live content may be subject to blackouts or interruptions outside our control.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks (such as NEXT and NEXT Serenity) and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We grant you a limited licence to use the NEXT apps and decoder software solely to access the Service. Software may update automatically to keep the Service secure and functioning. You are responsible for providing compatible equipment and a suitable internet connection, and for any related costs. Third-party devices and app stores are governed by their own terms.
The Service relies on third parties, including our payment provider, app stores, device manufacturers and network operators. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
You may end this Agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach this Agreement, fail to pay, use the Service fraudulently or unlawfully, or where we must do so to comply with law or protect the Service or other users. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give you notice. On termination, your licence to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any particular content will be available at any time. Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXT and its group companies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or relating to the Service. To the extent we are found liable, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEXT and its group companies from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of this Agreement. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own act or omission, and, for consumers, applies only as far as the law allows.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sint Maarten, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (including, for consumers in the French territories, protections under French and EU law). If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@nextfortv.com so we can try to resolve it informally. The courts of Sint Maarten will have jurisdiction over disputes, except that a consumer may also bring proceedings in, and rely on the mandatory laws of, their place of residence where the law gives them that right.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email, in the app, or on our website) before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented at sign-up, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a reorganization or business transfer; you may not assign it without our consent. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This Agreement is written in English; any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version governs except where local law requires otherwise.
