The NEXT applications distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play are published by Dalerte Consulting LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Florida, United States, an affiliated company of LIZARD NEXT B.V. — personal information collected through those applications is processed in accordance with this policy, which applies to it in the same way.
This policy applies to all users of the Service across the territories we serve, including the Caribbean and the French territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and French Guiana).
